Airport Access Control - Security Swing Gate, Self-Closing

This product is 1 gate only ( Stanchion Sold Separately). It's designed to be attached to a Lavi Beltrac Stanchion.

Messaging

Standard Messaging

The gate comes standard plain black or with "Please Wait Here" on the front and on the reverse side an international symbol "Do not Enter".

If you want to have only one of these messages on only one side we can do it at no extra charge. Put a note in the order comments or email us after placing your order.

Custom Messaging:

You can CUSTOMIZE the gate with a one time $350 setup fee for two-color artwork on both sides. The fee is charged per design, if you order multiple gates with the same design you will only be charged one time. Order online and email us graphics or a description of what you want to be printed on the gate. We will send you a mock-up for your approval before producing a custom message. Please inquire for more details.

Mounting Options

#1 Mounting to a crowd control stanchion (Lavi Beltrac 3000)

Assembly Instructions:

1. Loosen the two socket head cap screws in the 12" long grip connector with the Allen wrench.

2. Open the full-length dovetail of the grip connector to the dovetail of the post and rotate into place to engage the two dovetail brackets (push the head of the screw to maneuver the bracket).

3. Open top of grip connector to top of the post (just below the mechanism cap) and tighten screws to secure in place.

NOTE: if a squeaking noise develops at any time during a deployment, simply apply a small dab of grease to the bearing surfaces.

#2 Mounting to a wall

To mount the gate to a wall or another flat surface use 2 x Beltrac Stanchion Belt End Receptacles. Install the receptacles on the wall and follow the same steps as above.
